Health and Safety Policy

For us, health and safety in the workplace is not only a commitment to our collaborators but also a culture that is rooted in the way we act and that we try to transfer also to our customers and our suppliers.
Our work is finalized with the safeguard of the health and safety of people and our commitment, even to our co-workers, cannot be different from what we put into our work.

Our commitment

Our commitment starts from the assessment of the risks to which our co-workers may be exposed, including the ones likely to be present in our offices or at our clients’ during inspections or even those related to the use of company vehicles at any time.
The company has defined, with reference to the Code of Ethics, a Policy for Safety and Health at Work based on the following fundamental principles:

• Enforcement of the legislation and agreements applicable to the Health and Safety at Work using the best available praxis;
• Safety and Health at Work and the prevention of injuries or occupational diseases are an integrated part of business management;
• Responsibility in the management of health and safety and the prevention of injuries and illnesses in the workplace pertains to the whole organization, each according to their functions and responsibilities;
• The whole company structure is committed to continuous improvement and the prevention of safety and health risks at work;

Therefore the company is committed to:

• Provide the necessary resources and tools in order to protect the health and safety of its employees;
• Define and promulgate within the company Safety and Health at Work targets and the related programs;
• Involve and consult workers in the work organization in order to prevent the occurrence of stressors that may have an impact on the activities of the people;
• Periodically review the policy itself and the management system implemented.
